Seminar on Construction Industry Arbitration

Eric Britton, Founding Partner of the firm, participated as conference speaker in the seminar “Arbitration and Construction: Mega-Projects in Panama”, with the topic “Main differences submitted to the Construction Arbitral Process”.

This event held from May 26th to 27th, was organized by the Dispute Resolution Centre (CESCON), the Panamanian Construction Industry Chamber (CAPAC) and Sistemas Jurídicos (SIJUSA). It is worth mentioning, that Mr. Britton is the current President of the Dispute Resolution Centre of the Panamanian Construction Industry Chamber.
