Member of the Litigation Department at INFANTE & PÉREZ ALMILLANO. Declared suitable for practice in the Republic of Panama by the Supreme Court since 2005.
His practice has been oriented to business & corporate legal advising on matters of acquisitions, public bidding and private contracting in benefit of clients involved in real estate, capital markets and energy business. Experienced in civil litigation and administrative lawsuits against State's actions before the Supreme Court’s Third Chamber.
From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Infante was elected board member of the Panamanian Bar Association. Currently he serves as sub secretary of finance on the lawyer association named Movimiento de Abogados Gremialistas.
On his spare time, provides permanent advising to the Animal & Nature Friend Association of Panama. (link) providing legal counsel on animal cruelty related issues and assessment on the drafting of more protective wildlife laws to be later filed at the Panamanian congress.
Recently he was appointed as the Panamanian Football Federation’s (FEPAFUT) Discipline Commission’s vice-president.
